Inspection and tagging
Each garment is checked for stains, damage and fabric type, then individually barcode-tagged. You get an itemised receipt on WhatsApp with photos.
Sorting and pre-treatment
Sorted by fabric and colour. Stains are treated by hand before the main cleaning cycle — this is what separates good dry cleaning from bad.
Cleaning
Dry or wet cleaning chosen per garment, at the correct temperature and cycle for that fabric.
Hand finishing
Steam pressed on padded boards. Pleats set, collars shaped, embroidery protected.
Delivery
Returned on hangers in a sealed protective cover, at a time you choose. Check everything before you pay — we settle at delivery.

Common questions
How long does it take?
48 hours standard for most garments. Express (24 hours) is available at +50%, and same-day at +100%. Bridal wear, leather and carpets take 4–7 days because they need specialist processes.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, on orders above ₹500 within our service area. Below that there's a ₹50 charge.
Will dry cleaning damage my silk saree?
Not when done properly. Silk should be dry cleaned rather than washed. We colour-test a hidden section first, use a solvent appropriate to the fabric, and hand-finish the pressing so the zari isn't flattened.
Can you remove every stain?
No, and we'll tell you which ones before we start. Old oil stains, set-in turmeric, some ink and dye transfers, and anything previously treated with the wrong home remedy may be permanent. Fresh stains have far better odds — bring the garment in quickly and don't rub it.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Every garment is insured while it's with us. Damage or loss caused by us is compensated per our written policy, with the coverage limit told to you at intake for high-value pieces. Every item is photographed on arrival so there's no dispute about pre-existing damage.
How should I store a wedding lehenga?
Clean it before storing — invisible sugar, sweat and food residues attract insects and yellow over time. Then fold with acid-free tissue at the creases, wrap in cotton or muslin (never plastic, which traps moisture), and store flat in a dry place. Refold it once a year so the creases move. We offer this as a packing service.
Do you clean curtains at home or take them away?
We take them away. Our team removes them, cleans and presses them at our facility, and re-hangs them — ₹100 per window for removal and rehanging.
Is dry cleaning solvent harmful?
Modern dry cleaning solvents are recovered in a closed-loop system and garments are fully aired before delivery. If you're sensitive to any residual smell, ask for wet cleaning where the fabric allows — we'll tell you if it does.
Do you clean sneakers and leather bags?
Yes, both. Sneakers ₹400–₹800 depending on material, leather bags quoted after inspection. These take 4–5 days.
